The Godfather cocktail is created with Scotch Whiskey and the Italian almond liqueur, Amaretto. It is perfect as an after dinner drink.

As a smoky whiskey is ideal for this drink, the artist chose to represent it using the Islay Scotch, Laphroaig.

Pour one part Scotch Whiskey and one part Amaretto into an ice-filled Old Fashioned Glass and gently stir.
