The Pop Cocktails Collection

Originating in Cuba, the Mojito triggers summer poolside vibes and is popular for being refreshing and easy to drink. To make this rum cocktail, firstly lightly mash five sprigs of mint leaves with 20ml of sugar syrup and 20ml of lime juice in the bottom of a Collins glass. Add a splash of soda water and ice then pour in 45ml of Bacardi Rum and the remains of the can of soda water. Lightly stir to combine and garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime slice.
