A true Martini is made with gin and vermouth with either an olive garnish or a twist of lemon, and usually to be enjoyed before dinner. The artist prefers Martini & Rosso vermouth as this is believed to be the original vermouth used in the invention of this cocktail.

To make a classic Martini, pour 60ml Gin and 10ml dry vermouth (Martini & Rosso Bianco) into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass and garnish with two olives.
