Inari sushi, which means 'fox sushi' is a type of sushi where rice is wrapped in seasoned deep fried tofu sheets. It can be fully wrapped, or shaped into an open pocket to hold a filling. Corn Inari is a tofu pocket with a rice base topped with corn mixed with Japanese mayonnaisse.
