Venus De Milo, created between 150 and 125 BC, is widely regarded as the most famous Ancient Greek sculpture. After her discovery in 1820, she has since stood in The Louvre, Paris and has continued to be the inspiration for numerous subsequent artworks – notably being an obsession of Salvador Dali.
