Negroni is a classic, boozy beverage perfect for fireside chats or to cap off a day drinking session when you really shouldn’t have another drink. Importantly, it’s always easy to remember how to mix a Negroni and very low effort: 1 part each of Gin, Martini Rosso and Campari, stirred (not shaken) over ice in an Old Fashioned glass. A twist of orange peel really is important to balance this drink out, preferably not one that’s been in the fridge crisper compartment for a month.
