The Pop Cocktail Collection

The Espresso Martini has been increasing in popularity in recent years as a tasty pick-me-up or night-starter. It is not a true martini as it features neither gin or vermouth. It is not well-liked by bartenders due to the difficulty in preparing it, as it involves making a shot of espresso coffee for each drink.

Pour 50ml Vodka, 30 ml Kahlua, 10ml sugar syrup and one shot of espresso coffee into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Cocktail Glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
