The Pop Sushi Collection

Maki is sushi where the filling is rolled up with rice and wrapped in a sheet of dried seaweed (nori). Avocado is not traditionally used in Japanese sushi, however as the popularity of sushi spread globally, it has found it's way into a number of dishes.
