The Pop Sushi Collection

Nigiri translates to 'two fingers' and consists of hand pressed vinegared rice shaped into an elongated ball with a topping draped over it. Tiger Shrimp (Ebi) are cooked for this sushi dish, peeled and deveined. It has a mild slightly sweet flavour, and firm texture.
