The Pop Sushi Collection
Gunkan means 'warship' and Gunkan Maki gets its name from its elongated shape resembling a military vessel. Rice is hand pressed into a ball and then wrapped in seaweed (nori) to make a cup that can be filled with toppings. Salmon Roe (Ikura) are translucent, bright orange eggs about the size of a pea that have a rich, salty flavor that bursts in your mouth as you eat them.
